Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination 2013 was conducted for all technical institutions/colleges affiliated under the area of jurisdiction of both GBTU, Lucknow and MTU, Noida and some UP State Universities.

The UPSEE 2013 was conducted by the Gautam Buddh Technical University, Lucknow.
